Welcome to the Carriage Hill Homeowners Association website! If you are a homeowner in the Carriage Hill subdivision, please read all the information contained in this page. Many will notice that the Carriage Hill website has changed recently. This has occurred because of a database malfunction and all previous data has been lost as a result. Now, because of this issue ALL Carriage Hill homeowners must re-subscribe to the mass email service. Don't worry, the process of doing this has been drastically simplified. All you have to do is click on the "Subscribe" link located above in the blue menu. Once there, you will be prompted for several bits of information such as your name, email, and house address. When you arrive at the "Security Check", just type the numbers from the image into the matching text-box. This is used to prove that the user is a human and not an automated spam robot. Once you have filled out the form with all of your CORRECT information, click the "Submit" button. From there, your account will be sent off for approval. This usually takes around 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been approved. That's it! You will now receive all mass emails sent out by the administrators. If you run into any issues, please submit a contact request by visiting the "Contact Us" page located above in the blue menu.
NOTE: If you receive a message that the email address is already registered, it probably means that you have been manually added to our system by an Administrator. This means that you do not need to subscribe again.
2012 CHHA Annual Meeting Scheduled for May 22, 2012 at 7:30pm
The 2012 CHHA Annual Meeting has been scheduled for May 22, 2012 at 7:30pm at the home of Carl and Josie Unitis (40848 Coventry). We will be voting on our 2012 Dues and Officer positions of VP and Secretary. We hope you can join us for this year's annual meeting. We are asking all homeowners to sign and return the CHHA proxy that was mailed you several weeks ago. See the documents link for a copy of the proxy.
